"My furnace stopped working a couple of weeks ago and, being new to the area, I had no idea who to call.   A phone call to a few other HVAC companies yielded no results … it would be at least a day or two before anyone could even come look at it.  A call to Beaudoin HVAC and a conversation with the very helpful office manager, Mary, had the owner himself, Eric Beaudoin, at my door later that afternoon.  Eric patiently explained my options regarding the 26-year-old furnace that had seen better days.  I was concerned with their ability to replace the unit as it was located in the attic, with access only through a very small scuttle hole (not sure how the previous owners got the monstrous unit up there).  But Eric assured me all would be fine – this was nothing for them.  The day of the install came and Marc and Bill were the ones that drew the short straw – this, in my opinion, was an ugly, impossible feat.  But they made it happen – and with such great, positive attitudes.  And most importantly - my new furnace is running wonderfully.   Honesty, integrity, trustworthy, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable are all words I would use to describe the team from Beaudoin!.  I'm so thankful for all you did!"
